AFL Goodbye

Heya Folks,
Today was my last day teaching at the AFL centre in the Cau Giay District of Hanoi. I have taught here every sunday morning, pretty much since I arrived, and have to say that it has been a blast. The kids have been great, so patient and enthusiastic while I aced some lessons and crashed-and-burned in others. The AFL centre was my first paid 'gig' when I arrived in Hanoi, so it will always be quite special. I am also forever grateful for the centre director Ms Huong for giving me a chance!

However, as a westerner I am beginning to realise just how much I appreciate my weekends; especially now weekday teaching has cranked up for the summer holidays, I really value having a weekend off, to relax, sleep, and socialise in Hanoi. I'm here for fun too!

So, with regret, I had to let this one go. Here are a few pictures from my last lessons this morning. Happy Times.SarahHeadsEast xx
